Marlee laughing

Long time no write... Things have been busy but nothing too interesting. Marlee is changing everyday - growing like a weed and studying everything so intently. We took this video of her the other night after her bath. It cracked us up!!

This week we celebrated our 8th anniversary and Bob's 38th birthday! He's getting closer to his mid-life crisis!! We took the girls bowling today and then out to eat at Tokyo Diner. They had fun celebrating with the 'birthday boy' (Rachel kept calling him that today)! Reality set in as we got home this evening and realized we needed to mow before it started raining tomorrow. So Daddy had to spend 2 hours of his bday mowing . . . in the dark! Thank goodness the Deere has lights!!

Jessica is doing well with TBall! I think she actually likes it! They are supposed to have their first game tomorrow, but they are calling for rain for the next week, so I doubt we'll be playing. Her team is called the Craley Nationals and their colors are red and black. We're not sure what position she'll end up in yet, since we've only had a few practices so far.

Rachel is gearing up for Kindergarten. She's going to Kindergarten visitation next week with her preschool. I guess she's going to do OK in KG. She's such a character sometimes. Her preschool teacher told me she's an angel . . so I guess she's doing OK. She also has lots of boyfriends at school. Everyday it seems there's a different one. And for some reason, the teacher has her sitting next to all the "behaviorally challenged" boys!

I go back to work on Monday. I am very thankful that I was able to stay home for 14 weeks, but I'm dreading the 8-5 routine again. When am I going to have time to do housework and play with the kids if I'm at work all day?? We're going to have to get used to this whole routine again!

That's about it for now! Enjoy the video!

Smile!!

Miss Marlee is 8 weeks old! She's still doing great! Such a happy baby! Her smile is contagious and she's almost laughing - still sounds more like a grunt than a laugh. At night, she sleeps a good 5 hours then goes back down without a problem for another 3. So a decent amount of sleep has been attainable. That is until the older 2 came down with fevers. Rachel had a fever off and on from Wed night through Friday and felt better for the birthday party on Saturday. Now Jessica woke up around 1 am last night with a fever of 102. Will it never end?? However, the fever did not stop Jessica from getting in a few more trips through the inflatable obstacle course set up in our backyard! I guess the Motrin did the trick!

Somehow I manage to chop off the top of her head in every picture!

Sleeping through the party!
